KIA training atmosphere 'couldn't be better' for 'off-season training on business class'

The "all business seats boarding" of the professional baseball KIA Tigers team, which has drawn attention since leaving the country last month, is showing its true value in the camp.메이저놀이터

Beyond last year's winning "prize" concept, it actually helped improve training efficiency.

"Everyone snores when they come to the U.S. on the business class," KIA's flagship batter Kim Do-young said after finishing his team training at Irvine Great Park in California on the 11th (Korea Standard Time). "I think it's because I'm in business if I win again this year. I hope I can ride next year as well."

The United States, which has the best climate and facilities, is the best environment for spring camps.

The problem is jet lag. Since people cannot go to the other side of the world and start exercising overnight, it takes a considerable number of days just for moving around and adapting to the local area.

However, this time, the KIA team has traveled to Los Angeles in a comfortable business seat, so they can focus on training in their best condition.

Yoon Do-hyun said, "I have a lot of worries about my physical condition because I have frequent injuries. This time, honestly, I didn't feel uncomfortable enough to feel like I could ride for three to four more days. Winning is good," and promised, "This time, I got a business ride thanks to my seniors, so I'll give you a business ride this year."

Lee Bum-ho's "autonomous baseball" is also well received by players. Lee, who had been using conversations instead of coercive instructions to players since his coaching days, led Kia to an overall championship last year by using this method.

Armed with confidence as a leader, Lee definitely puts his colors on the team. Especially, players give a big score for eliminating night training.

"Everyone is busy getting treatment after a day of training during nighttime training," Lee said. "Night training is helpful when you find it yourself and think about it. That's why I purposely decided not to schedule nighttime training."

Kim said, "There is no night training for this camp, so the players make up for their shortcomings. Players who want to train more can apply and add more. The atmosphere is going in a good direction, and the players are doing it on their own."

Lee told the players to plan how many matches they will play in the second training camp in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, later this month.

Kim Do-young submitted that he would play all five games, but coach Lee refused to accept it.

Kim Do-young said, "They also ask the players to plan to play in Japan. I wanted to play all of them, but I think the coach will adjust it to about three games."
